Visa
The work visa for Germany falls under the category of a "National Visa" (Type D). It is issued for stays exceeding 90 days and includes the purpose of working in Germany. This visa allows our Turkish and Iranian citizens to legally take up employment in Germany. After entering with a national visa, you are generally required to apply for a residence permit for the purpose of employment at the relevant immigration office.
There are different types of work visas, which can vary depending on the nature of the employment:

Work Visa for Skilled Workers with Vocational Training – for individuals with recognized vocational training.

Work Visa for Highly Qualified Professionals – for individuals with a university degree or expertise in shortage occupations.

EU Blue Card – a special type of work visa for highly qualified professionals with a university degree and higher income.

Entrepreneur Visa – for establishing a business.

After entry, all holders of a national visa must officially register their residence status with the German authorities within the first 90 days.
